Austin's Housing Crisis: Data

I am an economist studying the housing crisis in Austin, Texas. Most of my analysis depends on the work of other economists. I have done two studies myself:

• A comparison of Austin to the 50 largest cities in America
• High rent causes homelessness
• High rent causes homelessness to sleep outside
• High rent is correlated with a high land price
• A study of the price of land in Austin
• Small lots are much more expensive per-acre than large lots
